How to Observe (Rules & Rituals)

Step 3: Arghya (Moon Offering): Offering water, sandalwood paste, and flowers to the moon at moonrise.
Step 4: Modak Offering: Presenting Ganesha with 21 modaks or laddoos before breaking fast.
